Update

I downloaded this maybe 2 weeks ago to support weight watchers as I said in my review below. I had well and truly fallen off the wagon and needed some extra support. After using it a few times a week, at night (always falling asleep) I have been back on WW with a vengeance, not feeling like I am suffering and with increased determination. Combined this has meant I lost 5lbs this week. I don’t know if this works on it’s own but it seems to have given me the determination back to stick with my WW app. I love it. Thank you DM!! 
