the proof that this app stands out is that i have reccomended it to others, and bought a paid app from darren. a few months ago i was under a lot of stress and tossed and turned all night. I was tired of using sleeeping pills to get to sleep. The first twenty times i listened to this app i was asleep before it was halfway through. Using headphones is really important to allow darren’s voice to ease you into feeling the connection as if he is in the room with you, rather than it being a recording. i neednt say more. this app is truly effective.
