I’ve been using this app for about 7 years since I relocated to the other side of the world, leaving all my comforts behind. It’s saved me thousands in therapy. Also for my ADHD – it is the one thing that silences my often overwhelmed and very busy mind. I’m still uncovering parts of myself and even with the more difficult sessions, I am enjoying the ride. I’m honestly not sure how I would survive without this app!!!
