This app is amazing!! I had lost 4 stone up to now and just haven’t been able to lose the last stone I need to get to goal. This app has given me the confidence to believe I will do it. Not only is it incredibly relaxing, it has completely changed how I feel about things. I now leave food on my plate when I never used to, even when I am stressed I am not comfort eating as I’m only interested in the healthier foods and best of all I am losing weight without realising it (bought a size 10 suit last week and was the most amazing feeling when it fit me!!!) Cannot recommend this app enough. Very professional and feel safe and secure with it, knowing it is helping me towards my goals more and more each day. Worth every penny!
