I purchased this app after watching ‘How to lose weight well’ on BBC. The presenter was hypnotised into eating grasshoppers! I don’t have lots of weight to lose, but always find the last stone very difficult! I was skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. I like the relaxation element as my GP has recommended meditation to help with anxiety. I used it during the day initially then with headphones in bed for the rest of the week. I can honestly say that from day 1 I have not had any cravings – don’t even think about food until meal time! Usually when dieting food and meal planning is all I can think of. I am eating less as I feel full quicker – I have always finished the food on my plate whether I’m full or not. I’m am so surprised at the results – not sure whether it’s psychological or actual effects of hypnotism, but who cares!!! Just hoping that things continue.
