I am delighted with the four apps which I have purchased from his series. The Easy Weight Loss also includes a wonderful session on releasing limiting beliefs and emotions. Great for helping your weight loss but can also be used in overcoming old emotions from traumatic memories. That one was worth the price of the app all by itself.
