Really useful

I bought this app 2 weeks ago at 38 weeks pregnant as wanted to try some hypnobirthing but couldn’t find anything suitable. This has really worked for me – so much so, that every time I listen to the 45 min hypnobirthing programme I am so relaxed I feel as though I have slept through it, only to discover I have woken up immediately after the programme has finished. I’ve had some difficulty sleeping as have been getting more uncomfortable and found that the 20 min programme for this is enough to get me to sleep or put me back to sleep. Now that I’m at 40 weeks I’m using the overdue programme so hope this is just as effective. I seen some comments regarding the accent being off putting. I’m from the UK so didn’t find the pretty generic English accent offputting at all and actually found it relaxing and soothing. For £8 it has been well worth the money for me.
