Outstandingly helpful

Having been diagnosed with depression and anxiety relaxing and sleeping well are not things that come very easily to me. However, this app has worked wonders in supporting my relaxation strategies and has enabled me to sleep much quicker. I hardly ever get to the end of a session! Not normally my cup of tea this sort of thing. Highly recommended for those struggling to ‘switch off’! Many thanks!
