No longer sceptical

For anyone out there contemplating hypnotherapy apps but wondering if they work just stop wondering and download now. I was probably the biggest sceptic out there but was persuaded to give it a go. I’ve only used this app for a couple of weeks but have lost 6 lb. I am thinking so much more about what I’m eating and how I eat – subliminal messaging? I don’t know but anyway darrens app is worth having a go. If nothing else the wonderful relaxed feeling after a session is amazing. I have contacted Darren re other issues and am seriously impressed with the immediate personal response. Go for it x
