Life saver

I have never uses an app like this before but I am so glad I found it. Not only has my Emotional need to shut down using food gone, completely and utterly gone but it has given me the ability to survive the last few days of the most unimaginable trauma. Listening to this every night (I have been using the app for two weeks now) has helped beyond belief. I never write reviews but urge anyone thinking abt buying it to do so NOW. In fact, I’ve just down loaded it for my husband!! Good luck because if ur reading this, ur half way there to taking control. Xx
