I was sceptical at first. But I tried Harmony a few years ago and haven’t looked back. For a start, I’m asleep usually within five minutes of Darren’s soothing voice starting the session. In itself that’s priceless. However I’ve been listening to the session relating to sugar intake and it’s taken a few weeks, but my craving for sweet things has diminished hugely. I hardly touched any chocolate over Christmas and that’s a first. Usually the box of Ferrero Rocher and chocolate coins would be inhaled quicker than food flying out of an airplane window. But still they sit on my shelf, unmolested. I shall continue with these sessions and hopefully I’ll be free of needing sweet treats. This app is well worth getting and now, combined with my sleeping mask and built in headphones, makes these sessions much more effective. 10/10
