Inspirational!

I’ve been using this app on and off for many months now to great effect, the recordings are really motivating and uplifting as well as very relaxing. I’m drinking lots of water, eating more healthily and seem to have found it really easy to get into the excercise mode and maintain a healthy weight. The varied audio sessions keep it interesting and along with the videos and tips make it feel like I’ve got my own personal coach on my phone :)
