I Love This App and Have Used It For Years

I originally got this app a few years ago and have used it to support my well-being in so many ways. Since then, the number of topics available seems to have doubled and they continue to add topics – one was just added on Exercise Motivation. There are topics for healing, clarity, phobias, bereavement, weight loss, confidence and tons more. You need headphones or earbuds to hear the voices appropriately. For many of the topics, you can use the option for “wake up” or not so I often use some of the hypnosis sessions when I wake from anxiety in the night. One of my favorites is Cosmic Journey where you are taken through an imaginary journey to witness the creation of the universe and the Earth. It’s incredibly effective for perspective. I have since joined lifetime membership because it saves me money! I can’t recommend this app enough for people who are motivated to improve their lives and want their subconscious in alignment with their goals.
