I feel different inside and out

I grew up in a toxic household and have struggled with feeling not good enough for as long as I remember. I’ve had this app for 21 days and listened to over 150 sessions. I can feel the difference on the inside – less shame, less sadness – and the changes to my outside – taking better care of myself, less negativity, more joy. I highly recommend this app to anyone that struggles with a negative subconscious or negative programming from childhood. I only wish I’d found it sooner!
