Helps me sleep

I have a hard time falling asleep at night because my mind just won’t shut off. This app allows me to focus on his voice and ignore my other thoughts. I’ve never been able to stay awake for a whole session. Most people are freaked out by the word “hypnosis”, but to me it feels more like meditation. My mind lets go of life and relaxes. I always sleep better when I listen to this!! Love, love love!
