Even though at first I wasn’t sure if I found the voice soothing, the more I listened to it, the more I though it was perfect for me. It’s different from some of the other apps, as it is a lot more practical in helping you deal with each stage of labour, rather than just relaxing, which I though was very important. I listened to the Hypnobirthing track almost every day for the last 10 weeks of my pregnancy and I have to say, it helped me immensely, during my labour. Before listening to it, I was anxious of the unknown, but a couple of weeks in I was no longer nervous, but rather excited to give birth. It really helped me to stay completely calm and relaxed throughout my labour, at no point was I nervous or stressed and I believe it’s all down to listening to this app.
