first impressions are good, only used it once and dont feel much more confident but i really felt good after the hypnosis…but i wud say it was more meditation than anything. although there is only an hour of audio it feels less repetative than other apps. overall a very nice app! as i promised…..a week on and my confidence has improved a bit, not life changing but enough for you to see benifits, e.g. talking to people + not as stressed, less serious. tell you more next week!
