Easy weight loss

I have used hynotherapy before with a therapist and cost me £75 for 2 sessions. It did work well for a couple of years and I felt so much better and lost 2 1/2 stone! I just used this app and it’s brill.It’s exactly the same as going to a therapist. I’ve stopped snacking, picking, eating smaller portions,eat slower,enjoy my food and can’t stop drinking water. The real test for me was when I was out drinking with my mates and they walked into a kebab house.I couldn’t eat one the thought made me feel sick. I feel so much more positive and relaxed and chilled out! The brill thing with this app is that I can use the “sessions” again and again! I know it doesn’t work for everyone but you have to believe in it and have an open mind about and at £2.99 what have you got to lose except all that weight!
