Brilliant App! Amazing Value

I’ve been using this app on and off when I need it for over a year now and can definitely see how it won the award for Best Medical App. Not only do you get the Sleep Deeply recording, the relaxation one is also included and I’ve also found the one hour pink theta session to be really effective. The bonus session on Release Limiting Decisions has been a revelation not only helping me with sleep but also with other stuff that was bothering me. The videos and texts have taught me alot about how the whole thing works and I’ve even contacted Darren via facebook with questions and he’s been really great offering support and advice. So all in all I can’t rate this highly enough, a great product with excellent support, Thanks alot!
