What an amazing app can honestly say it’s worth every one of those 299 pennies!! Apart from the odd holiday experience I’ve never experienced hypnosis and was admittedly a bit sceptical however I can safely and confidently say this is by far the best app I have ever bought!! My confidence with my weight issues have been rock bottom me for the last year as I have put 2 stone and just cannot seem to shift it but now feel confident that only after 2 sessions I’ve turned the corner and I have a much more positive outlook.
