Amazing

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to with this app! I’ve never had much trouble with anxiety until recently within the past few months I have had a lot of my plate between health issues and a huge life change. I began suffering from anxiety that affected me on a physical level. I downloaded a few apps to try and relax myself and I have to say this one hands down took the cake. Amazing. Not only did it work for me, but my health and anxiety problems are better than they have been in months! I listen to this app everyday at least once. I can’t thank him enough.
