Absolute transformation‼️

I discovered this App about 8 months ago, unfortunately I didn’t give it much effort as I was consumed with doubts there was anything ‘out there’ for me. As months past and depression deepened, I realized my periodic inner smile happened each time I recalled the sense of peace I’d felt when I had listened to this (only) twice before. I searched for it, downloaded it again, & after only 5 days of actually listening, I’ve experienced the most wonderful transformation I’ve had yet, even though I’ve had an intense 10 week counseling program since then. Darren’s calm, serine voice & guidance was the one I needed in my head that helped me HEAR my true self in order to breathe me back to life! And that’s just with the free sessions; I absolutely can’t wait until I’m able to invest in all the rest! % recommend this for everyone!!
