A thorough app for being free

If you want to learn about hypnotherapy, this is a perfect app for that. There is a whole series of videos describing in detail what hypnotherapy is and how it works. The audio based relaxation session itself is ok, but I prefer Andrew Johnson’s hypnotherapy apps. The sound quality is better and his voice seems kinder.
