Ive been having really bad anxiety and stress. Which has caused me to develop tension headaches, aura, and headache clusters. But with this app i calm down and my muscle slowly relax and everything stops. Yeah i wont be back to normal over night. But the couple of hours im awake calm is more than ive had in a while. Also the sleep is amazing too. Deep and restful. Thank you guys. Il5be subscribing as soon as i remeber my password for google lol.
