Used Harmony for a few years now & love it. Not only to help me manage the intensity of my work & caseload, but also for health, well-being & goal setting in my personal life… I’ve even been known to sneak in a quick short relaxation session in the car between meetings.. ✨️ ✨️… nothing quite like a reboot in the middle of a working day! ..
