I’ve done 2 of the meditations or exercises or what have you so far and already I love this app. I got it as a filler while my regular hypnotherapists is on vacation and let me just say this is amazing in everyway. It made me cry like happy tears cuz the way it made me feel and I got to keep that joy within me even after the session ended. I absolutely cannot wait to go through these and even repeat them. This app is accurate informative helpful it isn’t bogged down or spammy.
