Absolutely amazing!
I didn’t expect this would have an affect on me, but wow Darren is amazing. I have only listened a few times but already I am feeling super confident. I’m disappointed when it finishes as I just feel so marvelously relaxed, like I’m on cloud nine!

I have used this audio self hypnosis track and others from Darren Marks as well as his iPhone app. His voice is soothing easy to listen to and the self hypnosis really works if you use it regularly like you would an exercise routine, if you make it a habit you will create a change.

Changed my life
I don’t usually rate apps or leave comments, but this app is amazing!!!! I started using this app every night to fall asleep with and ever since I have been so much more confident! I used to be too shy to talk to anybody, but now I have found myself striking up a conversation with anyone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost your self-esteem and confidence.

Love these apps, but this one is my favorite.
I’ve been astounded by how much listening to these at night as I fall asleep has positively affected my life, but this one seems to be my favorite so far. I have four of them and will be buying more periodically.
