A must have for chronic pain sufferers!
This is a great guided meditation that has really helped me with chronic pain as well as insomnia. He has a great soothing British accent and it totally puts me in a trance. I have bought several other of his apps and this is my favorite. The sound quality is much better on this than Total Relaxation, which is great but is way less polished than this one. Thanks!
This thing works for me.
I was skeptical not because I don’t believe in hypnosis but because I thought it doesn’t affect me. The thing is I fall asleep when I just start listening this app and even so I did it more than once I still don’t know what he is saying and I am curious. I tried 3 times yesterday and found myself waking up in an hour or two without remembering but few min of that session.

This is so calming and relaxing! Before he starts counting I feel like my body is on a rotating table and I get this crazy sensation that I’m spinning slowly as if I’m laying on a really soft merry-go-round! After the session I can’t deny how great feel. I’m a perfectly sane normal guy lol. This just really works if you focus and allow yourself to really listen, concentrate, and let go.
