Great sleep aid!
Years ago when my mother was recovering from cancer, she told me about a meditative, mental exercise she did at night (taught to her by Dominican Nuns) which helped her both heal and sleep.
I practiced it too off and on when stress from work or kids or just a restless mind would keep me easily falling asleep.
Then I came across this app which does the job so much better than I was doing on my own.
I’ve recommended it to my friends and even my doctor!

I have been using a variety of their hypnosis products for quite some time. While I like them all, this one is by far the best!! I can actually feel my body fighting off anything bad. It’s the only thing that really helps with my migraines (which is astonishing)!!! Keep up the great work!!
