- Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or via your Stripe payment login page.
- Apple Users: Cancellations must be done through your Apple ID subscriptions settings.
- Android Users: Cancellations must be done through the Google Play Store subscriptions page.
- Stripe Users: Cancellations can be made through the link on our FAQ page.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the app’s premium content until your subscription period ends.
- Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our product, all purchases (including subscriptions and one-time purchases) are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- You were charged in error.
- You experienced technical issues that prevented use of the app after reasonable troubleshooting.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription (with valid proof).
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at info@hypnosisappstore.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your full name, account details, platform (iOS/Android), and reason for the request.
Note: All refunds are subject to approval and may take 5–10 business days to process if granted.
- Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund terms apply.
- Third-Party Payments
If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., App Store or Google Play), all billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by that platform. Please contact their support team for assistance.
