New app launching 18th October – World Menopause Day

Menopause is a natural and transformative life stage, but it often brings with it a unique set of challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. I know this all too well, having personally experienced the complexities of menopause myself. The physical, emotional, and mental changes during this time can create stress that impacts every facet of our lives. It was my own difficult journey through menopause that inspired me to delve deeper into understanding it—not just for myself, but for others navigating this path.

 
As I trained to become a Menopause Specialist, I realised how essential it is to provide practical and empathetic support to individuals going through menopause. That’s why I created my Menopause Management Masterclasses, where I aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to embrace this phase with confidence, vitality, and a sense of control.
 
This app is an extension of that mission. It’s meant to be a companion, offering insights, strategies, and a compassionate voice for those seeking relief from the stress and hot flashes that menopause can often bring. Whether you’re in the early stages or well into this transition, I hope you find comfort and empowerment within the pages of the Little Book of Menopause, Stress & Hot Flashes built into the app and through the guided self-hypnosis meditations.
