Sessions are not playing
In order to resolve this issue please delete and redownload either the individual sessions or the app itself. Restarting the device and ensuring you have the most up to date operating system will also help. If on Android it may also be necessary to delete the cache.
I deleted my copy of the application. Can I get it back without paying?
To redownload the application make sure you are signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase. Locate the application on the store and redownload. If you have a current subscription the app should automatically unlock, if not click restore purchases on the payment page of the app.
The app is not lauching or is crashing after opening.
Step 1: Restart your device
Step 2: Remove the app from your device.
Step 3: Reinstall the app from the store.
How do I access sessions on other Harmony Hypnosis apps?
When you subscribe to one of our apps you get access to all of our apps. Ensure you have created an account in the app where you purchased the subscription. Don’t sign in as a new user in the other apps. Just login with the same details as on the app where you purchased to fully access the sessions in all apps at no extra cost for as long as your subscription is active.
