I have used pills and supplements (some prescription) for sleep for years. I’m going through surgical menopause and my insomnia is really bad. I started the app and for the last 3 nights I’ve fallen asleep without a pill or supplement. I hope to continue this path. If I wake in the middle of the night I listen to it again and fall back asleep instead of tossing and turning. I’ve also used during the day for pain management and anxiety. I’m so happy.
