We’ve tested the apps thoroughly and know they’re working correctly on the various different combinations of software and hardware; however a couple of issues can arise.

There could have been a glitch when you downloaded. In order to resolve this issue please delete the app from your device, and then restart the device before syncing with your computer to ensure you have the most up to date operating system, reinstall the app and then try launching it again. Make sure you’re using a strong wifi connection; we’ve kept the files at a high quality, so they’re quite large.

If this doesn’t help it may be that there is not enough memory in your phone to download and store the audios and may cause the app to crash. In this case you would need to delete some files from your phone in order to make space.

How do I get an app on my Symbian/Nokia phone?

Sign in to your account on Ovi store either from Phone or computer. Purchase an app you want. If you are using computer to purchase the app, it will ask you enter your Phone number. Please provide your phone number so that Ovi store can sms/text you the link.
Click/tap the link and it will download the application to your phone. Once download is complete, it’ll ask to install the app.
If you are directly using phone for purchase, open Ovi store app on your phone. Browse the apps and select one that you want to buy or free app. Go through the description, reviews etc. If you decide to buy the app, select to buy. You can complete the purchase with preferred billing or you can change billing method. Once purchase is complete and it’ll download the app to your phone and then install it. Once installation is complete you can Launch the app.

By default all purchases are made through your preferred billing method which you have set in your Ovi account. You can change this method at the time of purchase.

* It might take several minutes for the app or game to download and install, depending on its size. A progress bar on the details screen shows the status.
* There are two versions of all apps, one version is for S60 3rd edition phones and another for S60 5th and Symbian^3 phones. Please Refer to Table 1.0 to check your phone edition.


I accidentally deleted my copy of the application. Can I get it back without paying?

Goto Ovi store site ,login to your account and click on ‘My Stuff’. It will display all the applications you have already downloaded. Click on Picture Icon of the application you want to re-install. You will see Download tab. Click on it and continue the process to install.

Why do I get message ‘Insufficient Memory’ while downloading the audio/video file?

This happens when there is insufficient memory remaining and user tries to download any extra audio/video files. In this case user has to delete some of the existing files from memory and retry.
Please Note all audio/video files are of good quality, and therefore quite large. It is recommended to have memory card, if there is no Memory card present Audio/Videos are downloaded on Phone memory. Phone memory is limited in Nokia Phones.
